YES! Everyone who rides a bike needs a helmet. PennDOT requires all bike riders under 12 years old to wear a helmet. Adults are strongly encouraged as well. Your head is not replaceable!
Helmets are available in our shop. Time permitting we will help get a perfect fit – and talk about how important a helmet is.
We have a wide variety of kids and adult bikes from hybrid bikes for riding around town, to high-end mountain and road bikes.
Kids bikes without gears run start around $95 and all other bikes start in the $125-$195 range, but expect to pay more for some of our nicer bikes (rarer, with nice components, a special brand, or otherwise).
We accept any bike! We will find it a home. When you come with a bike to donate, we have associates who can help you get it inside.
